Pacific Benefits Group is on a mission to change the way insurance is sold. To do so, they needed first to change the way insurance is quoted. And to do that, they needed us.

Through close collaboration with multiple vendors, we integrated five third-party applications — including an internal CRM system ad a PDX/ACD phone system — to create a custom insurance quoting engine. Within two months, the percentage of generated leads had doubled.

But it didn’t stop there. Talks with the client uncovered the need for an image refresh, and they looked to us to provide a logo and brand messaging guide. Today, Public Benefits Group has an identity that both customers and employees agree reflects the company and its level of service.
