Goal 1:Breed brand advocacy
To turn loyalty into advocacy, we needed to build a personal bond with users. Incentivized pricing was a start, but a unique loyalty program provided the solution. Users earn points by purchasing products or referring fellow trainers — which they can cash in for exclusive "points-only" products, like limited edition gear.
Goal 2:Stay true to the brand
On-brand execution is always key, and was especially vital for Asics, as this effort marked their first foray into ecommerce. Our demonstrated excellence in branded ecommerce gave the client confidence that we could stay true to their well-established and iconic brand, while covering new territory.

Up to the challenge, we dived deep into custom Magento capabilities to include features important to our users. Embedded product videos and a unique graph showing each shoe’s pronation profile, for example.
