Our team comes from digital agencies, startups, and software companies and we highly value this set of backgrounds and experiences. We're working on complex Ecommerce, native mobile apps for healthcare, innovative responsive web apps, large content driven experiences — the list goes on, but that gives you a taste.

• We work in an open collaborative space, with high ceilings and lots of natural light
• Our office has a beer on tap, coffee is always brewing and you can make yourself an espresso with the touch of a button
• The fridges (yes plural) and shelves are stocked with snacks, fresh fruit and drinks
• We have tons of breakout rooms with whiteboards — that's where the best ideas often develop
• Need a break? We have lounge areas, a roof deck, a workout room, shuffleboard, ping-pong and darts
• We're within a 3 block radius of over 50 food carts. Don't worry, we'll tell you our favorites.

You Are

• Fancy yourself to be both good at solving problems and amazing at producing successful project
• Are allergic to wasting time, meetings running long, unprofitable work, inefficient processes, and producing mediocre results.
• Get made fun of by your friends because you’re “too” organized (as if THAT’S possible).
• Have always been known for being a good communicator. You consistently listen, synthesize, write, and speak better than most people.
• Love building long-term relationships with clients based on integrity, thorough planning, timely and professional communication, and intelligent problem solving.
• Work relentlessly towards the big-picture goals without neglecting the details.
• Love leading the effort in defining what the client REALLY needs, what it will cost, reporting on that progress, and leading the team to rock it out.
• Have 6+ years of experience managing projects.
• Have a burning desire to find a home where you can make a direct impact on the agency, its culture, its processes, its people, and its clients.
